ORDER QUESTIONS
We receive a large number of inquiries each day and have included answers below to some of our most frequently asked order questions.  Please read through our FAQ's to see if we have already answered your question before submitting an inquiry. If your question is not answered below, we will get back to you as soon as possible.

ORDER STATUS
Before inquiring about an order please check our website for shipping times.  Because each product is handmade, shipping times may vary between products.  If your product has not arrived by the posted shipping time, please fill out the form below and we will be happy to assist you.  For the quickest response please fill out all fields in the form box, including your name, order number and the item(s) that you have not received.

 Order FAQ’S

1. How long will it take to receive my order?
Most of the products on our website are handmade to order and are not started until your order is received. Each product includes a 'Ships In' time frame in the product description; this is the estimated time it will take for your order to be created.  These time frames are usually very accurate.  Transit/delivery times vary depending on location and the shipping method selected at checkout.  

PLEASE NOTE - the 'Ships In' time frame listed on each product page is the estimated amount of time it will take the designer to create and package your product for shipping.  Transit/delivery times are NOT included in this estimate.

2. Can you rush my order?
Many of the products available on our website can be rushed.  If you need a product sooner than listed on our website please contact us with the product name, your zip code and the date you need it by.  We will respond and let you know if a rush order is possible, and if so we will provide you with an estimated delivery date and additional rush order and/or expedited shipping fees.  


3. I ordered items X and Y from your website and just received a package with item X, but item Y was missing, what should I do?
Please don't worry!  In addition to our Snuggles of Love exclusive products, we have expended to carry products that are created by talented artists all across the United States.  As such, many products are shipped directly by the artist, and if your order included items from two or more artists they will arrive in two or more shipments.  You will not incur any additional shipping charges for multiple shipments.  


4. Is it too late to change the details on my order?
Production often begins quickly after an order is placed, but we will always do our best to accommodate requests for changes.  This is not always possible, so please contact us as quickly as possible with your order information and we will let you know if a change is possible.  We do not charge a fee for simple changes, the only fee(s) incurred would be if the product is significantly altered. (For example, no fee would be charged to change the minky fabric on your blanket from blue to green, but there would be a fee to change the size of your blanket or add a ruffle.)


5. What is your return policy?
